Response
The Ministry is unable to provide the Move Order - Utilities issued. However, please refer to DB-RFP Appendix C for utility relocation plans. Anticipated completion dates for utilities is as follows (subject to change): Hydro One - July 1, 2022 Eastlink - Aug 12, 2022 Enbridge - Aug 31, 2022 Bell - Jan/Feb 2023. Bell MoU was issued on May 25. The schedule provided by Bell indicates 2 months for procurement, 4 months civil work, 2 months splice cut-overs. Anticipated completion dates will be updated in a future addendum.
