Section 2.4.9.1 of the RFP indicates the foundation scope of the project for the three bridges and the Hornepayne Creek structural Culvert. Could the Ministry please confirm the foundation scope for high fill non-structural culverts above 3 m of embankment height?

As per the RFP, Section 2.4.6.1 – Drainage Design and Construction, the Design-Builder shall review the culverts identified below to determine the replacement requirements and shall consider all possible options/costs for the replacement (detour, roadway protection, trenchless technologies, etc.) and determine the most appropriate option as part of the Drainage Report. Therefore, the foundation scope for non-structural culverts is dependent on the Design-Builder’s design.
