Drawing # 114, subdrain detail shows there is a big amount of granular B Type II required for the subdrain. Please indicate where is this Granular B II backfill being paid at? If this Granular B Type II backfill material is to be paid at the subdrain item, can the ministry provide a quantity for it? the subdrain backfill has a portion together with PDA#6 backfill, another portion is outside of PDA . Drawing 26, the elevation drawing shows that the subdrain is1m to 2m below the PDA#6 subexcavation lever, however the Hwy 7279 subdrain pipe cross section drawing shows the subdrain is right at the PDA#6 backfill elevations, please clarify.

Gran B Type II is paid under the sub-drain item, and the volume is 410 T for the limits beyond the PDA 6. The Sub Drain is at the bottom of the subgrade. Drawing 26 indicates the projected elevations of subgrade and sub-drain.
