Condition Survey Report

RFP p81 states that the DB shall complete a condition survey report for Shekak River and West Beaton River Bridges. The RFP document containing the “2018-5125 Drawings” had shown the proposed rehabilitation strategy for these 2 bridges, which should be based on previous condition survey reports. Therefore, are condition survey reportsl required for Shekak River and West Beaton bridges? If , then the requirement to provide Final SDR within 12 weeks of contract award for these 2 structures, on RFP p. 79, will be impossible to meet.
