Reference is made to ORBA Bulletin #19-22 dated 21st April 2022 , that states , “ Ministry of Environment, Conservation & Parks ( MECP) has temporarily suspended the implementation of excess soil provisions that came into effect January 1 2022 , until January 1, 2023. Please confirm if this will apply to this Tender.

Excess soil generated during excavation on this project, will be reused and stay within the project area. As a result, the excess soil requirements and the most recent pause to the excess soil regulation will not affect this project and will not apply.
