Draft Foundation Technical Memo

The Draft Foundation Technical memo (document 4) is limited to skeleton logs and preliminary recommendations which appear to be based on the limited data. The final borehole records, including lab testing, and drawings are required to confirm the soil stratigraphy and hence permit the analysis required on this project. It is also noted that the recently released FIDR (document 38) does not cover the bridge structure, and only the culvert replacement. Could MTO please advise if the final borehole records, including lab testing, and drawings, will they be made available?

The County Road 4 Foundation Drawings and County Road 4 Foundation Borehole Records were provided to bidders as part of Addendum #8 on January 17th. The Draft Foundation Investigation and Design Report has been provided in Addendum #10.
