The quantity sheets show various pipe requirements for 300mm. We are looking for clarity on the section that specifies 300 + 100. Is 300mm acceptable up to 400mm? I have highlighted a section showing the column in question.

The value following the “+” refers to the tolerance range. In this example a pipe size ranging from 300 mm to 400 mm would be acceptable.
