For Bid Enquiry BE-019, it states that for all On-Ramps (ie. N-W Ramp, N-E Ramp, S-W Ramp and S-E Ramp), the granular and hot-mix pavement shall extend up to the bullnose on the on-ramp, and including the full ramp lane width perpendicular to the bullnose along the ramp alignment. Can the Ministry please confirm the bullnose is on County Road 4 as noted in blue in the attached mark-up and is not referring to the bullnose on the Bradford By-Pass?

The bullnose is referring to the entrance bullnoses on County Road 4 for the N-W, S-E, N-E, S-W Ramps and not on the Bradford Bypass mainline.
