Section 3.3 of the DBR Report, page 31, states that the assessment of environmental impacts, approvals/permits and commitments to future work identified during the DB Ready phase of this project are documented in the Early Works Report which is to be read in conjunction with this report. Within the RFP, Table C-1-1 Information expected to be made available at the RFP stage includes the Draft Early Works Report. This report and the other Environmental files in Table C-1-1 are required for us to the determine the cost, schedule impacts and commitments that are required during the DB phase. When will these files be made available?

The Draft Early Works Report will be provided on January 13, 2022 at the commencement of the public review period. Prior to the issuing of this response, most of the reports have been made available to the bidders in at least draft format. The following reports will be made available to bidders prior to January 13, 2022: • Draft Climate Change Memorandum The following report will be made available as soon as it is available to MTO: • The Stage 4 Archaeology Assessment of the Wheatfield Site (BaGv-113), Lot 16, Concession VIII, Township of West Gwillimbury, County of Simcoe.
