Drawing # 266 shows that 300 mm pipe from STR. 751-11801 & STR. 75-1180 are located at outside of noise barrier wall, please let us know how to access to this area. In addition, the structure 751, 11801, 1180, 75 are all existing, should the breaking into existing pipe to be paid at item 34 ?

See Addendum 1. The outside of the noise wall is with the MTO right-of-way. Contractor is responsible for confirming access to the site. Breaking into Existing Pipe item is not required as the existing holes are to be utilized.
