1. The Design Builder shall provide Granular and hot-mix pavement for the on-ramp speed change lanes. 2. For the N-W On-Ramp, N-E On-Ramp, S-W On-Ramp, the granular and hot-mix pavement shall extend up to the bullnose of the on-ramp, and include the full ramp lane width perpendicular to the bullnose along the ramp alignment. 3. For the S-E On-Ramp, the granular and hot-mix pavement shall extend up to the bullnose of the on-ramp and include the full ramp lane width perpendicular to the bullnose along the ramp alignment. The County Road 4 grading and granular platform shall be of sufficient width to accommodate the future re-location of the multi-use pathway once the future interchange is constructed (i.e. between 8th Line and the future multi-use pathway jug handle crossing of the S-E Ramp). 4. For the E-N/S Off-Ramp and W-N/S Off-Ramp, granular and hot-mix pavement are not required. Curb shall be installed along County Road 4 for the interim.
