Can the Ministry please provide the following as per Page 91 of the RFP document: Item b) Ortho Imagery (ACAD/SID/JPEG), Item c) Digital Parcel Ownership Fabric as well as Item e) a Copy of MTO Kardex legal plan index, the MTO P-Plans (TIFF format) within the Project limits and the Engineering and Title Record (ETR) plan plates (TIFF format) within the Project limits? Please Refer to Addendum 1, Table C-2. Use of the Ontario Parcel Data other than for this project is not permitted. MTO Geomatics Central does not use Kardex Index. Six P-Plans are being provided with Addendum 1. MTO Geomatics is currently preparing additional P-Plans which will be provided once they are available. The requested ACAD files are being provided with this understanding: "The Design Builder is advised that the ACAD Drawings are not intended as a final design. Stations and dimensions reflect a very preliminary design as drawn but do not imply that the design as shown is constructable without further refinement and/or stages of construction. Reliance on these drawings during bid preparation is done so at the bidders risk".
