The contract tender form in RAQS has been revised to permit non-rated contractor the opportunity to obtain their NQ-TRF. This contract is not qualified and is open to non-rated and rated contractors.
Bid bonds are not required.
The successful bidder will be required to provide Statutory Bonds, (Labour and Material, and Performance) should their bid exceed $500,000, as part of the award process. Please refer to the Tender document, Instructions to Bidders -Section 6.0.
