The concrete curb and gutter around the entire perimeter of the commuter parking lot and the Ontario Tourism Information Centre is not a requirement. The raised concrete island around the commuter parking lot parking spaces, which separates the commuter parking spaces from the Ontario Tourism Information Centre, is required. The Design-Builder is encouraged to optimize the commuter parking lot design, including geometry and drainage. However, the Design-Builder shall ensure that the alternative design fits within the property limits. The Design-Builder is responsible for any utility impacts or other impacts as a result of their alternative design.
