In reference to the Utility Composite Plan there is a utility shown in purple, noted as “Unknown” in the legend. Could the Client please provide additional information related to this utility? Specifically, the proponent is requesting the type of utility (wet or dry), the utility sizing and connection points as well as any agreements related to the utility (i.e. proposed relocations prior to the Contract etc.). This information is crucial to the design development process in order to determine the scope of work surrounding the utility and any potential conflicts.

There is a strong likelihood that the unknown conductive utilities identified along the Existing Ramp W-N/S and Existing Ramp N/S-E are abandoned secondary feeds for illumination (MTO owned). No utility company has advised of active plant in this area. They are assumed to be abandoned and can be remove if encountered. The unknown conductive utility identified along Glendale Ave near Taylor Rd is not impacted by the proposed preliminary design.
