1. Please refer to Tender Item List the 4 Bridge titled as Speed River Structure Site No. 33-147 West, 146 West, 147 East and 147 West. Would the directions East and West represent East and West Channels, or East and West Bound Lanes? If they are the former, it does not seem to in-corporate with drawings sheet no. 255 and 284. Please clarify. 2. On page 378 SP for Removal of Concrete, please advise where can we find drawing for Speedville Road Underpass (Site no. 33-145). Are there any item covering its removal? 3. In addendum 1, quantity for item 52 (1500 pipe culvert) is 154 ln. m. which is the same as that of the original form of tender. Please clarify. 4. The 150 mm pipe sub-drain behind Retaining Wall 3 and its footing (sheet 227), is not listed in quantity sheet of item 25. Please clarify its inclusion.

1. In the tender item list, East and West refer to the Eastbound Lanes and Westbound Lanes. Sheet 255 of the drawings is the General Arrangement for the West Channel Bridges for the Eastbound Lanes (Site No. 33-146E) and Westbound Lanes (Site No. 33-146W). Sheet 284 of the drawings is the General Arrangement for the East Channel Bridges for the Eastbound Lanes (Site No. 33-147E) and Westbound Lanes (Site No. 33-147W). 2. The item covering the pier removals for Speedsville Road Underpass is Item 73 (identified on Q-Sheet 137). The special provision on Page 378 of the tender document will be revised to be linked with Item 73. The original General Arrangement drawing for Speedsville Road Underpass will be provided for reference. This has been addressed in Addendum 2. 3. The quantity did not change however one of the quantity entries was moved to another column on the Q-Sheet. Please refer to BE 2014-3014-001. 4. This has been addressed in Addendum 2.
