Response
The “minimum pavement design” rehabilitation requirements set out in the Pavement Design Report apply to the existing pavements impacted by the structure removal and replacement, the Highway 401 grade raise in the vicinity of the CPR crossing, and the rehabilitation of the mainline Hwy 401 pavement structure within the entire staging limits as well as the recommended sideroad treatments as specified within each subsection of Section 5, “Pavement Recommendations” of the provided Pavement Design Report.
