Enquiry
a) Based on the substandard granular materials and the insufficient granular depths present for the length of Hwy 594 (e.g. Silt subgrade within 300 mm of profile grade), would the Owner be considerate of limiting the pavement warranty for Highway 594 to include surface deficiencies only (including ravelling, coarse aggregate loss, pavement joint performance, and granular shoulders)? b) If the pavement warranty is not limited to surface deficiencies, is the Owner willing to remove the vertical grade limitation and accept widening of Hwy 594 throughout and associated implications? c) If the pavement warranty is not limited to surface deficiencies, Is the Owner willing to accept full depth reconstruction for the length of Hwy 594 and associated implications?
